Arbitrage Strategies
Seeking to capture pricing differences across markets, venues and related instruments through offsetting positions. The focus is on relative pricing rather than relying solely on the direction of the underlying market.

Capital Sharpe focuses on quantitative investment opportunities across traditional and digital-asset markets.
Our approach combines systematic research, generally hedged trading strategies and disciplined risk management to pursue pricing differences and relative-value opportunities.
Who We Are
We seek to understand what drives an investment opportunity, how it can be implemented and what risks remain.
Our focus includes arbitrage, long/short relative value and selected opportunities involving tokenized real-world assets and related instruments. We evaluate these opportunities within a broader investment framework, not as themes to pursue for their own sake.
Capital Sharpe SP is a segregated portfolio of Capital Sharpe Fund SPC, managed by Capital Sharpe Investment Limited. Theo Quant provides quantitative research and strategy-development capabilities.
Our Investment Focus
Seeking to capture pricing differences across markets, venues and related instruments through offsetting positions. The focus is on relative pricing rather than relying solely on the direction of the underlying market.
Identifying relative dislocations through long and short positions. Research considers the relationship between exposures, the conditions needed for convergence and the risks if those relationships change.
Evaluating complementary strategies and selected opportunities involving tokenized assets and RWA-linked instruments. Each opportunity is assessed for its economic exposure, implementation requirements and contribution to the broader portfolio.
Our Approach
We examine the source of a potential return, the assumptions supporting it and the conditions under which the opportunity may weaken or disappear.
We consider liquidity, transaction costs, funding and execution alongside the investment thesis. An apparent pricing opportunity must be evaluated in the context of how it can actually be traded.
Hedging does not remove every source of risk. Our assessment includes leverage, liquidity, counterparties, custody and operational dependencies, not simply the direction of market prices.
We assess opportunities on their merits and within the applicable investment mandate. Access to a new instrument or market is a starting point for evaluation, not an investment thesis on its own.
