Venture Capital Intern
Working in the Venture & Strategy Team
We’re looking for a motivated and curious student to join our Venture & Strategy team as a Crypto Venture Capital Intern, preferably on a 6-month placement basis.
In this role, you’ll research early-stage crypto, Web3, and FinTech companies, helping us build conviction around where sustainable value is emerging in the digital asset ecosystem. Your work will focus on ideas, incentives, teams, and market structure, rather than short-term price movements.
Our venture approach is grounded in first-principles thinking. You’ll be encouraged to think like both an investor and a builder — understanding how protocols, companies, and capital interact over time.
In keeping with the exploratory nature of early-stage venture work, this role gives you the opportunity to wear many hats: research, writing, ecosystem mapping, and strategic analysis.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team that values open dialogue and independent thinking. You’ll work closely with experienced practitioners, receive mentorship, and be encouraged to form your own views, challenge assumptions, and explore new areas of inquiry together.
Requirements

Strong interest in crypto, Web3, venture capital, or digital assets

Ability to explain financial or business concepts clearly and intuitively

Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and how onchain ecosystems work

Comfortable researching early-stage companies, protocols, and founders

Strong writing skills and structured thinking

Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)

Curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity

Background in finance, economics, business, engineering, or startups
