The HKUST-Sino One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition, jointly organized by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Sino Group, marked its 15th anniversary in 2025 with a prize pool exceeding HK$1 million. The competition has served as a launchpad for over 9,000 startups since inception.
Theo Quant's recognition in the Fintech category follows its continued involvement in Hong Kong's innovation and technology ecosystem, including its participation in the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau's Youth Start-up Internship Programme through Cyberport and its own Summer STEM Internship Program.
